I've always wanted to be a fashion designer ever since my grandma taught me how to use a sewing machine. I just never got the opportunity.
We would like to thank you for supporting Dorothy Louise McMillon in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
I always try to dress unique from what is currently in style in the media. But I also take inspiration from the entertainment industry. Like when Beyonce did her Cowboy Carter tour. I couldn't afford it but I dressed like I could have been a backup dancer.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
Realizing my dream and being able to work with companies to design clothing for people as eccentric as I am when it comes to fashion. An if I could get regular people to start going out in cosplay more often I would feel like a billionaire.
What would you do with $20,000?
Get a divorce and then put my life back together and help my friends and family that have supported me in all my struggles. Because without them I would have lost hope on life after surviving domestic violence from my soon to be ex husband.
