My style is inspired by art deco, vintage and gaudy. I am an aspiring creative director who has an eye for the beauty of oddity.

What makes your style stand out?
I'm a mixed media artist so I definitely translate that into my style and the visual projects. As someone who is half Swahili, I also try to weave my culture into otherwise, "western" styles. I hope to blend more textiles from the east, with western silhouettes in my future projects.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
Being able to frame a cover of a magazine that I directed
What would you do with $20,000?
First, I would pay off my student loans so,I can go back to school. Then I can send my younger siblings to college. Although it is a one-time check, this money would carry me and my family to a successful life just simply by getting an education.
