What makes your style stand out?

My style is a unique blend of runway, grunge, and minimalism—bold and edgy like Mowalola meets Diesel. I’ve always been drawn to standout pieces, ever since childhood. My Monster High dolls had reflected my love for expressive and unconventional fashion. When I asked my mom if she expected this, she said, “You dress just like the dolls you used to play with.” Those dolls sparked my creativity and shaped how I style myself today.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream is to see my designs on the Paris Fashion Week runway—models stunning the crowd, cameras flashing, and the room falling silent in awe. After the show, I step out to applause and hear my inner voice say... “You did it, Zoë.” Overlooking my life and how far I have come. Then, a young college student approaches me and asks how to get here. In that moment, I see her hope and determination, inspiring me to be that mentor I never had. Thus, I would take her under my wing.

What would you do with $20,000?

I will use $20,000 to launch my brand, Sanché. This funding is the key to releasing my first collection before studying abroad in Milan next Spring. I plan on spending $15,000 on manufacturing, buying samples and bulk inventory, the left over $5,000 would go towards online ads and website development. I have already purchased initial samples, and this funding will remove the financial barrier, allowing me to fully invest in my brand without compromising my education.
