What makes your style stand out?

I’m a mixed bag when it comes to style and execution. I’m never afraid to wear a piece that’s conventionally different or a bit on the flashy side. I use my fashion as an extension of my creativity so I’m constantly looking at ways to combine hand picked pieces to create a moment.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

I come from a performer background as a professional dancer in salsa and bachata for over 21 years. There’s nothing more exciting than a statement piece or a moment of performative fashion. I would love a dream fashion moment where a piece makes a dramatic and unusual statement. I’m never too shy to wear something unexpected so I would love to wear a piece that embodies that confidence.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000 I would reinvest it in my artistry. As one of the worlds leading pyrographers I’ve been interested in pushing the envelope of wood burning in the fine art world. Blending pyrographic technique and fine art to develop a new series inspired by run way looks would be a dream come true and perhaps create a new conversation about the conception of a design and the artistry it takes to envision it on pen and paper before bringing it to life.
