As a feminine Korean man, I turn pain into power—born from shame, fashion became my prayer, my beauty, and my freedom.
We would like to thank you for supporting Yozmit The DogStar in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
It’s ritual — even a channeling of many energies inside me. My style dissolves boundaries of gender, culture, and time. It’s the embodiment of liberation, beauty, and truth. Each look is a living altar where I merge costume, spirit, and performance into one. What makes my style stand out is that it’s not fashion — it’s transformation.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
In the past, I won a design contest and received an award from Hervé Léger. Later, I became Queen of Life Ball Vienna with Harper’s Bazaar and Christian Louboutin. Today, I walk publicly in my own wearable art. My dream fashion moment is creating and embodying a new archetype — the love child of an earth shaman and a high-tech alien — where couture becomes ceremony and self-creation divine.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would use it to create and style my looks daily, producing visual rituals that merge art, fashion, and spirit. The funds would support launching my Instagram channel featuring my new conceptual archetype, PRNCX — a modern queer sovereign being embodying both the sacred masculine and feminine, inspired by Princess Diana’s legacy of compassion and rebellion. What if being queer is sovereign?
