What makes your style stand out?

I make sure that my style is incredibly authentic to me. My clothes are like armor, they protect me from the danger of looking basic. Most of my clothes are thrifted, but I enjoy piecing the vintage with the new. I don’t worry much about the intended gender of a piece. If I see potential in something then I will grab it. I live by the rule of never wearing an outfit twice, so my closet is quite big, as you can imagine.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

I dream of having my own storefront where I could sell clothes that are second hand and clothes that I’ve made new by redesigning them. I’d love to have a little shop in NYC, while also having an online shop available. I’d want to have good prices, so that the clothes could be affordable for all people. Fashion should be accessible for everyone in every tax bracket.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000 I would move to NYC and create a thrift and up cycling business, so that I may share my finds and art with everyone! I am very passionate about designing and creating. This money would make my love for creating art in clothing not only a dream, but a reality.
