Definitely taking the money to go shopping first. I promise my sister if I ever came across a large amount of money I will take her shopping and have an adult prom for her since she skipped her prom and graduation to make sure the family light bill was paid when I was a child. She has always been my biggest supporter with any outfit I decided to wear.
