What makes your style stand out?

My style stands out because I stand out. As a wheelchair user it’s hard to find clothes that are comfortable, cute and stylish. I believe I make that possible. My saying has always been “always classy and never trashy “ and I take that to heart. When people see me I love hearing them say I love your outfit and I’m so happy you didn’t let that wheelchair stop your style. I want to so other women in wheelchairs that they too can dress to impress and be comfortable while doing so.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

To be on the runway during Paris Fashion Week. To see some like myself on that runway will give so much hope to the young girls and girls of color who aren’t a size 4 hope. To actually be the “realistic” image of America and to be proud to represent for all the domestic violence survivors in the world to show them that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

What would you do with $20,000?

Honestly I would pay up my rent for a year and my kid’s school tuition. As a single disabled mom of two I prioritize my kids education and wellbeing over anything. I would also start a styling agency for disabled people going into the workforce.
