style is what allows me to express my creativity. I get to show people who I am through clothes when words aren’t enough
We would like to thank you for supporting Tricia Bartosh in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because I incorporate lots of vintage pieces which have their own unique qualities. I love lots of jewelry & accessories like head scarves, belts, & anything funky fresh to add a lil bit of color & texture. The most unique thing though is that I make a lot of my own clothes from non traditional things like blankets & even shower curtains! I love standing out & being funky fresh!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be walking down a street & seeing someone wearing an outfit I either styled, designed, or made. I would love knowing that my love for fashion has made other people love it too & that they love something I made or helped make! I also think it would just be so amazing that someone other than me is wearing something I created because it stood out to them & they loved it as much as I do!!
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000 I would immediately apply to get my associates in fashion design & styling. I have my bachelors in business but getting my associates in fashion would really help me get down & understand the knowledge I haven’t been able to teach myself. I would invest in quality materials & a website to sell the clothes that I want to make for people. Knowing me I would also put a decent amount into savings. But mostly I would use it to start my career in the fashion world!!
