What’s your dream fashion moment?

To design a collection in collaboration with Marc Jacobs, featured during Michigan Fashion Week — transforming Woodward Avenue into a live runway celebrating Detroit’s rebirth. I’d launch it alongside my magazine’s debut, with proceeds and giveaways supporting local shelters and women rebuilding their lives.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d invest the $20K into partnerships with Detroit shelters through my brand, Select Styles by Starr, donating clothing annually to women starting fresh. I’d also fund development of my app that connects directly with boutique POS systems, empowering small fashion businesses to track campaigns, hit sales goals, and grow strategically.
