What makes your style stand out?
I have a passion for the arts and character design, and I gain a lot of inspiration from characters whose iconic looks have been crafted by other artists. I favour blending modern, traditional, and even fantastical styles into my daily looks. Always intentionally styling colours, textures, and shapes with the appropriate accessories. Each outfit I design reveals a small fragment of who I am. Some like to wear their hearts on their sleeve, I like to bear my soul on mine.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
The honour of participating in a real, true fashion show someday. it would be amazing to rock the runway myself, but even having a look that I designed sent out on it would be a dream come true. Really anything that would allow me to highlight the creative gifts and talents (and the One who I have to thank for them☝️) for the world to see.
What would you do with $20,000?
That’s hard to say at this point. I just graduated college this Spring, debt free thanks to my own hard work, God’s provision, and state-funded financial aid and scholarships. I will most likely invest most of it for my future, and take a small portion to get started on funding myself to pursue my dreams. All that’s really holding me back from chasing them is lack of finances, and while $20k won’t pave the whole way for me, it can help me lay the first stepping stones in the right direction.
