Style is my superpower. As stylist; musician; creative director I weave sustainability and consciousness into every look, challenging norms.
What makes your style stand out?
My style is rooted in a deep appreciation for tailoring, the history of fashion and design, and the way these threads connect with art, sociology, and psychology. As someone who is neurodivergent with pop culture as a special interest, I see fashion history as a mirror of society — a reflection of the zeitgeist in every era. As both a stylist and a musician, signaling through clothing has always been essential to me. Style communicates meaning, mood, and identity, and I use it to deliver.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion "moment" isn’t just one thing, but several. First, winning Style Icon! Then, obtaining representation and launching a brand reflecting my vision of style as both history and future, artistry and identity. Gracing the pages (and covers) of major fashion magazines, especially Flaunt, which has long been a dream platform for me. And, to be recognized on levels akin to the CFDA et al.
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000, I will invest in my career as a multimedia artivist/musician, beginning with a high-production m/v that merges my background in film with avant-garde, high fashion styling. I will also use the funds to expand my creative work internationally and support a career relocation. Just as importantly, I will give back to my community—uplifting the artists I work alongside as an artist-in-residence with the nation’s (USA) oldest arts council.
