Style is more than wearing a chic outfit. Style is evoking feeling, it is my expression and my exercise of confidence. My style is me.
We would like to thank you for supporting Sarah Dobbs in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
Diagnosed with borderline personality disorder(BPD) at 21, my way of interacting with the world started to make sense. Because of this, my style reflects my unique perspective. Eclectic, like me, it expresses my lifelong struggle with identity disturbance. A part of me I once mourned, but now embrace. My style shows humans are complex and layered; you don’t have to be one thing to fit in and be confident. You can be many things and still be whole.
