What makes your style stand out?
My style combines class and passion. I find a way to be both sexy and modest. I stand out because my confidence makes you believe you can do it too; and you can!! I unapologetically live in and embrace each moment. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and with confidence, you can make anyone see it!! Standing out is all about not be afraid to follow your vision! No matter what you're wearing, if you believe, others will too!!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
I dream of being on a runway surrounded by different examples of beauty, inspired to believe they are beautiful because of me. I dream of being a designer and model who creates fashion to inspire confidence. We don't always feel our best, but dressing the part is a great start to feeling better lol. I dream of plus size children dressing in age appropriate garments, not aging them 10 years! I dream of a moment when we realize barriers have been knocked down!
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000, I would expand my brands IT TAKES THE VILLAGE and AFTER THE STITCH PRINTS, by investing in a program for youth who feel unseen in fashion. I would provide opportunities and stages for them to be showcased. I would give upcoming creatives a paid opportunity to SHINE, while making my own dreams come true!
