My style revolves around the early 2000s. Simple but eye catching, that really tells others about me.
What makes your style stand out?
My style revolves around in the early 2000s and reflects who I am as a person. My go-to outfit usually features baggy bottoms paired with a fitted top true to the Y2K aesthetic. People often say my fashion sense mirrors my personality, especially with the cute bags and accessories I love to add! Most of my pieces are thrifted, since modern stores don’t capture the same vibe as they did back in the 2000s. When thrifting, I enjoy seeing vintage styles and brands regain popularity in my outfits.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be launching my own clothing brand and using it to help others. I’ve always wanted to collaborate with charities, especially children’s hospitals to raise further awareness. I also hope to work with ARGD Clothing, a brand I admire for how inspiring they are in trying to advocate for SA victims. Most of all, I can’t wait to tell my sewing teacher—who believe in me from the start— that I made it to MC College and started my own clothing brand.
What would you do with $20,000?
As someone who is currently postponing their fashion design dream, I would like to use the money to fulfill my passion in the future after earning my graphic design degree. Another ideal way to utilize the money would be to donate to a charity, specifically one directed to help the current situation in Palestine.
