With 20,000 i would create balance with finance structure for long eternity and then a affordable home build credit for longer term start a small business (author,and health and wellness ,and cooking,selling quotes) invest with self and family or a spouse I've been homeless at least 3 times and I dont want to be in that stage again due to lack of support Im technically all I have to count on
