What makes your style stand out?
I enjoy watching classic movies and owning and driving classic cars. This passion allows me to appreciate design from eras before technology became prevalent in our daily lives. Although I did not attend school for design, I learned to sew when I was 12 years old while helping my mom, a seamstress, as the oldest sibling in the house. I taught myself by taking apart dresses and blazers and reverse-engineering the techniques. My style embodies a dark, edgy masculinity reminiscent of GQ.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
As a fashion designer, it has been my dream to showcase at Paris Fashion Week and represent Cambodia on the international runway.
What would you do with $20,000?
I took a break in 2019 when I got married and had my first child. The funds would help relaunch the brand and invest in building a fashion studio, manufacturing, and production house in Cambodia.
