The expression of creativity that comes with style. I love when people use their style to express their ideas and who they are as a person.
We would like to thank you for supporting Phylicia A in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
I am a person who tends to like multiple aesthetics so with my style, they all tend to mesh together. I love the boho style while also loving y2k, grunge, and much more. These aesthetics help build my style and make it unique to myself and my own personality. Seeing people be inspired by how I dress and motivated to combine their own favorite aesthetics by me is what keeps me going. To be unique and embrace all forms of fashion from all cultures and communities.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
To continue walking down runways and working with high end brands such as Versace. Fashion is an art which is why I’ve fell in love with it so much. There’s so much expression that comes with it. I have already walked for Tiago Segundo which was a monumental achievement. I want to keep that art alive and bring designers pieces to life consistently using my own form of style, personality, and walk.
What would you do with $20,000?
20,000 can go so far for me as a young entrepreneur and student. I would use this money to help pay off my college tuition as I am currently in school for my psychology major and business and animation minors. Psychology has been a staple in my life as I have been working with kids who need the guidance and support to better themselves in their lives. Through these moments, I have grown as a person who wants to move to her masters in this major.
