What makes your style stand out?

Due to my multi-cultural background growing up, I’ve been inculcated a deep appreciation of how indigenous cultures can differ from one another, yet simultaneously be interwoven. My style is as varied as my personality, & exhibits elements from a myriad of cultures. Also, being a two-spirit individual myself brings a sense of androgyny to my personal style that all gender expressions can appreciate. I also strive for my style to be age-fluid, borrowing elements from all eras of fashion history.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment would entail of transforming my life trajectory from simply fashion styling to that of fashion designing of a sustainable disposition. I see myself up-cycling pre-loved natural fibers & transforming them into wearable art that inspires the one flaunting their look, as it fills them with confidence in themselves. To me, the sexiest thing one can wear is confidence; & I wish to mutually inspire those around me by sharing our infinite potentials of creativity we all possess.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would hire an immigration lawyer ASAP, in efforts of keeping my disabled father under my watchful eye, seeing as he’s in imminent threat of deportation since he has an order of removal on his case. As of the last 4yrs, I’ve assumed the role of becoming his primary caregiver after his massive stroke back in ‘21. Our collective healing has proven to been a soulfully fulfilling & emotionally rewarding experience; a responsibility I desire to continually honor, since he’s always been there for me!
