What makes your style stand out?
I love to mix influences from everywhere I feel is fine art! Goth, cholo, bauhaus, men’s and women’s fashion, historical styles from Japan to Nigeria to the America’s- all wrapped up in an elegant style that is fully me!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My family is Maya and I have always dreamed of bringing Maya influenced and fashion to the run way! Textiles, jades, turquoise, obsidian, feathers, Maya fashion is stunning and can be tweaked into the modern view from ancient influences.
What would you do with $20,000?
I dream of opening an art center in south Florida, my home. The arts are dominated by the wealthy here and I would love to create a space where minorities and low income people who cannot afford the arts can come, create, and express themselves fully.
