If I won $20,000, I would turn my dream into reality: opening a small beauty salon in my hometown in Bangladesh. My mission is to train and empower young women, giving them the skills, confidence, and opportunities to grow professionally and personally. I would also dedicate a portion of the prize to creating a charity for elderly citizens in my community, offering them care, support, and dignity. With this prize, I hope to create a space where beauty, empowerment
