Style is my passion—it’s self-expression and escapism, transforming clothes into stories that honor individuality, culture, and identity.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it’s eclectic, rooted in storytelling and intention. With my background as an editorial stylist, I see fashion as more than just putting clothes together—it’s about having a strong point of view, experimenting, and pushing boundaries to create unforgettable moments. Whenever I attend an event or a show opening, I weave in a subtle nod or homage within my look, making my style both personal and purposeful.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be to be recognized by my peers as a true force of creativity. I’ve been in this industry for years—beginning as a model in San Francisco and growing into a published stylist with work featured in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Yet, the ultimate milestone for me would be earning the respect and acknowledgment of my peers and the visionaries I’ve long admired. That kind of recognition would affirm not just my work, but the passion and persistence I’ve poured into my work
What would you do with $20,000?
As a first-generation Filipino American, I come from humble beginnings. Two years ago, I took the leap into freelancing as a creative and the journey hasn’t been easy—especially in today’s political and financial climate. Two months ago, because opportunities were fewer than expected, I had to borrow money from family and friends to avoid eviction so this money will help me pay back those that have supported me and continue to support my dream.
