What makes your style stand out?

For me, style is an endless range of self-expression. Some days I’m all about tailored polish with a downtown edge, other days it’s prep reworked into something modern, or bold color that feels effortless. Every piece has intention, every accessory has a story, and I love that I can express different facets of my personality and reinterpret (and create) trends through my own lens. Fashion is my oxygen. I don’t plan it — I live it. My style is heartfelt expression — a one-of-a-kind statement.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

It keeps evolving — from making the NYT Style page (!!), to Patrick McMullan taking my photo, Jenna Lyons saying she liked my style, Donna Karan photographing me, and Edward Enninful calling me chic. For a girl who hasn’t always felt self-confident, those moments gave me confidence and courage. My dream is to show that style isn’t about boxes — it’s about marching to the beat of your own drum. The way you wear, move, and feel in clothes is uniquely you — and that is fashion.

What would you do with $20,000?

First, I’d scream — what a way to win $20K among such a fabulous pool of competitors! Then I’d get serious: set aside a portion for stability, support First Step (a Coalition for the Homeless program helping women reenter the workforce with confidence and skills), contribute to the Elton John AIDS Foundation, and invest in opportunities to grow my personal brand at the intersection of law and fashion.
