What makes your style stand out?

My heritage and life experiences make my style stand out. I’m West African, I’m a scientist and I’ve lived on 3 continents. So, my style is inspired by rich traditions, global influences and curiosity. This mix of culture, travel and discovery makes my style distinct and uniquely mine.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment would be me wearing my dream look while being recognized for my contributions to humanitarian efforts, science or culture. Another dream fashion moment is to have my work styled on someone I deeply admire, like Elton John.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would support initiatives that address HIV/AIDS stigmatization in Africa. People often avoid testing and treatment because of fear and shame. My goal would be to encourage people to get tested, seek care and prevent transmission. This will ultimately improve lives and strengthen communities.
