AUTHENTICITY. DIVERSITY. UNIQUENESS. OPEN-MINDED. BLUE. I’m the Blue King—17 years of grit shaped a look that slides from GQ polish to Rolling Stone grit to street chaos. I walked runways in Shanghai and London even at 5’10. Produce my images, produce my own music, design the art, even build AI visuals. I’m an openly gay Black man who dodges boxes and makes my own. What’s your dream fashion moment?
A dream moment is collabing with Pharrell—visually and sonically. I produce and engineer my own music, so his vision is a blueprint I look up to. To create with him, blending fashion, sound, and design, would be monumental. And honestly, just being part of an event that also includes Elton John—that alone would be history for me. That intersection of icons, sound, and style is where I see myself.
What would you do with $20,000?
First, breathe—this funds momentum! I’d invest in my careers, save a few thousand for stability, then book a 1–3 month work trip to Cape Town for me and my artist Chanel. That city cracked my career open; I haven’t been back in 4 years and the network is waiting. I’d shoot, style, and perform weekly pop-ups with local crews, turning $20K into content, collaborations, and bookings. as well as promoting Chanel Rose
