What makes your style stand out?
I defy gender norms and comment on our consumerist society with my neopop fashion creations. I make many of the pieces I wear by hand & pair them with everything from high end vintage designer pieces to thrifted gems!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is to have my own show for my own brand on the official NYFW calendar. I want to bring the joy, love & spectacle back to the fashion world. I’d obviously open my own show as well.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would invest the $20,000 into my namesake brand Lucas Oakley, and continue to create fashion industry disrupting works of wearable art!
