What makes your style stand out?
My style carries a lot of energy from not only myself but those who have come before me. It reflects a level of pride in being black, being a black woman, & boldness. I am not afraid to be and discover new parts of myself everyday!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be to finally get my wearable art brand, LondynKyle, off the ground and to be able to obtain stability with it. It memorializes the life of my 16 year old brother, Kyle, who passed from carbon monoxide poisoning and my journey through life ever since. I want to be able to inspire those who are able to use the resources they have to turn lemons into lemonade & use art as a form of healing.
What would you do with $20,000?
Donate to the Elton John AIDS Foundation. It depends on where we are in the world at that moment. I can say what I would invest in but that may completely change at the time of winning. I’d like to say invest in my wearable art brand LondynKyle to provide stability for myself while also creating a path for me to consistently create. I’d also like to donate to families that need assistance with losing someone due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
