What makes your style stand out?
Ability to coordinate colours and textures with outfits that stand from a timeline that is retro. A big fan of patterns and functionality when it comes to outfits. Adding jewellery and belts and whistles for extra flair. Never too much just the right amount. Outfit that generally serve the purpose of translating who I am as an artist and where I come from as an African man.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
Being able to go behind stage and contribute with my photography skills. In the very environment where many of my inspiration for my styles were birthed.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would take the money to start up my loan plan and dream of starting my own magazine/table book. I love fashion photography and have always been looking at Sears catalogues, ID and Vogue amongst many of the magazine. Having the $20,000 would help me print a quality book like I’ve always wanted to with different textures of pages and vibrant colors. Displaying all walks life from fashion and the very cultures that surrounded. From Black culture, music, art, native cultures & their contributions.
