I enjoy cosplaying, and dressing in my unique style. I’ve used fashion as my armor before, but now it just makes me happy to be myself.
We would like to thank you for supporting Kristen Opp in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
I have a more edgy style, I do enjoy dark clothing and the gothic, punk and grunge styles, but I’ve added pops of color into my wardrobe with my different interests, and purple is my favorite color. I’d say my style is a mix of feminine and androgynous, as I do shop periodically from men’s sides of stores for good pockets, bigger jackets and sometimes funner graphic designs on tshirts. But when it’s time to go out, I have fun skorts, skirts, and dresses, which I pair with different accessories.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My first dream moment would have to be meeting all of the celebrities that I’ve grown up idolizing and imagining ever getting a chance to meet in my life. I think the next one would definitely be strutting the runway in a brand new design done by insanely talented artists. And my ultimate dream fashion moment would be me in a career for fashion.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would immediately pay off my and my wife’s debts, pay rent for the next three months at least, and then buy a vehicle for my wife. Those would be the top expenses besides the extra little life things I would use it on. Like vet care, groceries, and last one that list would be new clothes. I’ve been in survival mode so long, that this would help me get out of that part of my life and be able to breathe without this constant weight on my shoulders.
