What makes your style stand out?
As I was about to graduate college,I was drawn to a Nixon Time Teller watch . The clerk urged me to pick something more “serious” for interviews, but I trusted my instinct. That watch wasn’t professional—it was bold, playful, mine. It didn’t land me the “job” my confidence and individuality did. The watch simply reminded me that blending in never sparks connection—being different does.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
To live paint at my favorite designers fashion shows. Wearing their designs, letting paint splatter becoming an art piece myself.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would invest in another artist studio/ gallery. I had one before having my daughter but this one would incorporate much more; fashion shows, kids art classes and minority community outreach.
