My passion for style comes from the way it lets me turn my truth into something tangible, something people can see, feel, and connect with.
We would like to thank you for supporting keivon prater in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it’s fearless and multidimensional equal parts rebellion, art, and truth. I don’t dress to fit in I dress to communicate. From crystals, bones, and feathers to punk-inspired nostalgia graphics, every piece I create is a statement of authenticity and a refusal to conform. I balance high fashion with underground culture, treating clothing as both performance and protest, with integrity, morality, and sustainability stitched into every detail.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be creating a show that fuses art, activism, and style to bring awareness to hidden truths about nature conservation—from pollution to endangered species, and the reality that we’re still destroying a world we haven’t even fully discovered. I want my work to spotlight the tribes and communities who live in balance with the earth, honoring their wisdom while reminding people that fashion can be more than spectacle—it can be a movement for change.
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000, I would design a piece that could be produced in bulk, using half of the profits to support a nonprofit animal sanctuary and provide aid to the people of Gaza. The other half I would reinvest into myself, my brand, and my business, so I can continue to grow and use fashion as a platform to bring awareness to the causes that matter most.
