What makes your style stand out?

I do "comfy all-day wear with an elevated element", whether that's an interesting shape, a fun texture, something unique about necklines or hemlines, or jewelry! I like basics that stand out as a canvas for accessories. I live in south florida and walk a ton, so combining "glam" and "chic" with "humidity-resistant" and "movement ready" are very important to me! If I can buy the piece I want fair trade or sustainable shop, I do. It's the little choices for good that add up.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

I have a dream of creating my own high fashion all-day-wear brand for the everywoman made from organic fabrics, ethically-sourced leathers, etc. High-quality pieces with sass that regular women can wear and feel great about themselves in. We could do so many fun things with a focus on shape, texture, and current trends alongside "mix and match" release lines. Combining style, quality & ethical/fair trade production together is so important to me in what I buy, I figure - why not do it myself?

What would you do with $20,000?

Pay off debt, help take care of my parents, finally be able to invest in a place to live of my own, and start my fashion label! 20k would do so much for me. I am 31, and so much of my 20s were fallout from the derailment of lockdowns and therefore pivoting from career to career. 20k could reset my situation and propel me into the future, and I would be so blessed to win and be able to put the money to work on something we could all enjoy: creating a great label.
