I have a flair for juxtaposition whether it's drinks, makeup, or fashion.
What makes your style stand out?
I look to the 80s, 90s, goth and grunge, skate and punk cultures for inspiration. I'm not afraid of color or standing out. Bowie is one of my biggest inspirations for style, fashion and music. i've always considered myself to be a trendsetter, often doing things way before they're trendy. My favorite designers are McQueen,Galliano for Dior,Lagerfeld for Chanel. Elie Saab,Mugler, Gaultier. I'm always getting told I remind people of Joan Jett or Cyndi Lauper. I also love Lori Petty in Tank Girl.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
To show my designs at nyFW, Paris Milan and Tokyo fashion weeks. To have my own fashion house, I'm halfway there I own a makeup line with my best friend called Notyce Beauty. And we are hell bent on bringing color and fun and edgy back to makeup ie: Mac and vintage urban Decay. My dream moment would be seeing one of my own creations and makeup looks in print and on a runway. I'd love to finally get my designs off paper and into the fashion world because I think everyone would love them.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would immediately begin working on my design label,and start producing some of my designs to sell and show. I would have a few pieces made and I'd explore my options for fashion shows to get my name and my designs out there.
