I am a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. I love to include my Mexican culture into my pieces, and I love pastel colors!
What makes your style stand out?
I believe that my style stands out since I merge my girly coquette looks with a touch of traditional folk Mexican. I am different in presenting my aesthetic because although I am inspired by traditional looks, I never recreate I always come up with something new. I believe I create a fusion between rococo cottagecore and Mexican folklore.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is having to present my runway in Europe, especially during Milan Fashion Week. I want to design looks for one of the best models and bring opportunities to bring my own models from Dallas, Texas to experience what it’s like being an international model.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would use it to have my own sewing studio. I currently work from my bedroom and I visit different places such as local store fitting rooms or photo studios whenever I need to pin clients. It has always been my dream to have my own boutique. Having my boutique is a stepping stone I am currently working for and winning this will only help boost my dreams I’ve always had as a child.
