What makes your style stand out?

My style stands out because I’ve grown more at home in myself, which frees me to experiment and tell my story through what I wear. I weave in my mixed identities, blending my Indigenous heritage with the other cultures that shaped me. Each outfit becomes a way to honor tradition while exploring new forms of expression, showing the beauty of contrast and connection in who I am

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment is showcasing pieces I’ve sewn that combine my Ecuadorian heritage with NYC style. Each design reflects who I am, blending tradition and personal experience in a way that feels authentic and true to my vision

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would invest in my education and skills to grow my sewing practice, source textiles from Ecuador, and develop my brand. I aim to blend fashion with outreach, supporting people navigating substance use and mental health, and create a mentorship program to help others explore creativity and self-expression
