You can't be confident in your style without inner beauty. People see me before they see my clothes. I think that makes all the difference.
What makes your style stand out?
What makes my style stand out is that I'm one of the very few, if not the only person where I live, doing it. There are no holds barred with what I'll dare to wear. I want to be bold. I want to be deviant. I want to be colorful. However, I believe there is room for everyone to have a seat at the table. My hope is that my presence continues to inspire others to be as free as they want to be through their own style and self-expression. I have the audacity to stand out so that others follow suit.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be to confidently walk a runway. I've never done that before. I don't even think it would matter to me what runway it is. I just want to give it. To feel it. To embrace the energy that comes with serving a look. I want the music I walk to to put a battery in my back as I hold my head high and strut like a stallion. Or smoothly stride like the black panther. I want to show my younger self that his wildest dreams are attainable. This would be a dream come true.
What would you do with $20,000?
Oh wow!! $20,000 is a lot of money. For many, myself included, that would be life-changing. I know for sure I would pay down some debt. Because hey, why not lessen those monthly payments. Next, I would put some of it towards a down payment on a new car for my best friend. She works so hard and deserves the world. I hope one day I can give it to her. And I would invest in myself becoming more of a public figure/advocate for mental health conversations and fashion/styling. To name a few things...
