Style is a form of art and expression, and it can change according to the mood, the day, or the phase of life you might be in. It’s a blast!
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because I wear statement pieces and accessories that stand the test of time. I’m Native American and I also love to represent that beautiful culture whenever I can through art, jewelry and fashion. You don’t have to stick to just one style, and I’m constantly switching mine up! Whether I’m feeling grungy, girly, retro, boho, minimal, street or futuristic. Each day is an opportunity to express yourself and I love that. Don’t put yourself in a box!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is to be at New York fashion week, dressed to the nines, soaking in the moment. I imagine the music, the lights, the energy and all the beautifully dressed people around me. I love fashion with all my heart and NYFW would definitely be an unforgettable moment. If I had a second moment it would be styling clothing for Hollywood movies! I think that would be exciting to get to set the mood through clothing and add to the overall feel of the film. Clothing can be moody.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would use $20,000 to build my own business and fashion brand. I would love to continue to grow my platform for my artistic passions and personal causes, and I would like to help others do that and feel represented as well along the way. As a Native American woman, I see it as my duty and privilege to use my voice in aiding progress and change for Indigenous communities across the Nation. “In fashion, there is a place for everyone and everything.” -Michael Kors
