My style blends cultural values, textures, and diverse life perspectives—enriched by academic study for fashion with depth & meaning.
What makes your style stand out?
What makes my style stand out is the way my mother raised me. She taught me that style wasn’t about what I could buy, but about what I could create. If a curtain could be worn as a scarf, then I wore it as a scarf. If a piece of fabric could be cut into a shirt, then I turned it into a shirt. I learned to play with prints, fabrics, and textures because she showed me how to see possibility in everything. My style comes from imagination, resourcefulness, and the freedom to make it me!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My freedom fashion moment would be traveling to Africa to work with designers and create a collection. The idea of building something in collaboration with people who carry such a deep well of creativity and cultural richness feels liberating to me. Every time I’ve traveled to Africa, it has reshaped how I see fashion and myself. It allowed me to look at prints, fabrics, and design not just as trends but as connections—threads that tie me back to history, heritage, and identity.
What would you do with $20,000?
If I won $20,000, I would use it to launch my own consulting business that combines life coaching, branding, personal styling, and interior decorating. This vision is rooted in my belief that building a new version of yourself is always an artistic pursuit. When someone goes through transformation, it should be felt, seen, and experienced in every part of their life. The way you feel, the way you look, and the space you live in are all connected, and I want to help people bring them together.
