I believe that style and fashion are fundamentals to happiness and confidence within one self. The psychology of fashion is the key to life.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because my clothes represent who I am as a person. I've mentioned how I love wearing outlandish boho aesthetic pieces but I love them because of how freeing the hems are & crazy the patterns seem to be. This is an exact replica of my personality where I am the most social crazy person because I love to be free in my choices & unique in my actions. I also opt to wear clothes that I sew and design myself because it emphasizes the fact that my style is truly unique to me.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is not a dream but a reality I strive towards. I want to use my power and knowledge in fashion to uplift others artistic visions. I want to model someone designs and be on the cover of a fashion magazine. Whether it's harpers bazaar or vogue, I want to become the fashion art that someone is picturing and bring it to life. I hope to then take my styling and style myself for a fashion editorial shoot. I also really want to document fashion & write about designers globally.
What would you do with $20,000?
The things I'd do with 20,000 is give back to those who believed in me, who count on me, and invest in me. To those who believed in me which are my nurses at John Hopkins Hospital who got me into fashion & my church community who sought my recovery. Those who count on me are the people of my nationality, Congo who need any income and the homeless community in NY. Finally, investing in me I want to have money to start up my show idea of traveling to document fashion designers across the world.
