What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out by embracing the bold, nostalgic vibe of the early 2000s, using only second-hand pieces. I believe fashion should be fun and expressive, so I love to over-accessorize and mix unexpected items. Every outfit I wear is a creative statement—colorful, unique, and undeniably me. I don’t follow trends; I create my own, always aiming to stand out and stay true to my individuality.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is interviewing top designers, models, stylists, and photographers for Vogue, i-D, Dazed, Outlander, Complex, or Business of Fashion. As a Communications major and Fashion minor at ASU, I aim to spotlight both rising and iconic creatives. I’d love my own column exploring dating in the 21st century or how fashion defines individuality. Covering red carpets, fashion shows, and the Met Gala is the ultimate goal.
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000, I’d move to NYC or LA to launch my career as a fashion and pop culture journalist. I’d use it to cover moving costs and living expenses while interning or freelancing for outlets like Vogue, i-D, or Complex. I’d also pay off part of my school debt. This would give me the freedom to focus on gaining experience, networking, and establishing my voice in the industry without being financially held back.
