What makes your style stand out?

My style stands out because it is distinctly me, while still being chic and even timeless. I think there is a misconception that fashion only stands out when it’s very bold and eclectic, but I think style can also speak volumes while remaining minimal. My personal style can be described as romantic, vintage, cool, chic, and edgy. I draw inspiration from the 90s, indie rock music, Miami art deco, iconic fashion brands like Fendi and Dior, and much more.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment is to attend a designer fashion show in Paris. I’ve expressed this dream to my mother since I was young. I had a turbulent childhood but fashion is the one outlet that always made me feel hope. I knew I was born with exquisite taste, despite the odds, and it would be the reason I change generational patterns. It’s yet to happen, but i’m still young and I still have that hope inside of me. Sitting next to a runway at Paris Fashion week would truly affirm that hope & dream.

What would you do with $20,000?

I have already owned a fashion boutique and unfortunately had to close it due to finances. I learned so much in the 3 years I owned a clothing store, I would use that knowledge and the money to start a fashion line specifically for petite people. I am quite petite at 5’ 104 lbs and I would love to design clothing for fashion lovers like me. I know how hard it can be to find clothes tailored to my body type and how few brands have targeted this niche, so I think there’s a great opportunity here.
