I’ve always wanted to be a Fashion designer ! Now that I’ve retired I feel that I can do something that has really held my passion!
What makes your style stand out?
It definitely stands out because of the creativity employed in the selection of Burlap as the material of choice! This Is not customarily used for fashion! As history dictates, Burlap was worn by slaves who owned nothing at all! Thus, necessity became their mother of inventing this sack for the use of clothing!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
The first time I made a dress in Junior High school and modeled it! Needless to say, I won first prize! This gave me the impetus to sew subsequent other outfits!
What would you do with $20,000?
Partly to invest in setting up my fashion design business!
