I can dress anyone and make them be the center of attention unique rare and glamorous

Having my own clothing and other designers working with them to make the most spectacular clothing ever seen
What would you do with $20,000?
I would use it to buy me and my son a house so we could be more financially stable so I would worry less and be able to help my family and people in need making the world beautiful with glamorous unique clothing and kindness
