What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it’s not trying to stand out. I dress like the outsider I’ve always felt like—half armor, half invitation. I’m not chasing trends, I’m chasing connection with the other misfits who see the world a little sideways. If you get it, you get it.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment? Easy, crashing a royal wedding in full Gaga mode, like if Devil Wears Prada had a deleted scene where the freak from Oakland walks in uninvited. I want that mix of theater, rebellion, and camp. Style’s not about approval, it’s about disruption. What better stage than a cathedral full of crowns?
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000? I’d blow it on the kind of clothes that make people stare on the street not because they’re designer, but because they’re a little unhinged. I’d fund my own freak uniform, build a closet that screams ‘don’t look away.’ Honestly, dressing like the art kid who finally got a budget
