Style and fashion allows me to represent myself in a way that is authentic to who I am. As an alternative person, my style is my uniform.
We would like to thank you for supporting Jahred Jack in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
A an actor and rock/metal musician, my style is a unique blend of classic rock n' roll attire from the 70s and 80s (Rob Halford, Slash, Joan Jett, Motley Crue), classic Hollywood (James Dean, Robert Redford, Robert DeNiro) and gothic chic from brands like Rick Owens, Saint Laurent, Dior Homme. I know myself very well and I have made a conscious effort to be consistent with my style while also pushing its limits. I'm not afraid of wearing metal gauntlets with suit.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
To collaborate with classic alternative chic brands to build affordable fashion for young alternative people and to walk for Rick Owens or YSL in a major fashion show or be front row in attendance at one of them.
What would you do with $20,000?
Develop a brand that produces affordable alternative clothing for young people between the ages of 15 and 35. I believe everyone should have access to fashion that best reflects who they are on a mental, physical and philosophical level. Not every punk kid can make their own clothes, but for the very least they should have access to affordably priced high quality clothing made by real punk rockers that care about the community and culture.
