Style is being yourself on purpose. It is a short hand that allows us to connect and find our people. I am myself in my fashion.
What makes your style stand out?
I build my style for the stage. I’m a cabaret singer in NYC where I produce shows that are hours of my original music. I’ve also been the production assistant on multiple fashion shows. I commission pieces from artists and designers I know. I create shows that are platforms for not only my music but for other artist as well. My style allows me to make my body a platform for artists. We should make art together.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
Like Iris Apfel or Norman Norell, I would like to one day have a retrospective of my fashion at the MOMA or at the FIT Museum in NYC. I’d like to be part of the conversation of how fashion changed.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would use this money to record my original music and put on more shows in Manhattan and beyond. I want to create a platform with GPC Entertainment that is like the Rockettes. I would use the money to support that dream.
