What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it’s like a collage my fav art form, versatile, spontaneous, and fun. I love stars, layering, and playing with colors, but I also care about comfort. Many of my pieces carry stories or memories, and sometimes I wear something meaningful when I need a hug or a boost. For me, style is about feeling good, expressing myself, and letting others see a little piece of who I am.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be wearing the traditional clothes of my Bolivian culture. I left at 15, when I was too scared to dress anything because of judgement, and now I wish to represent us. Not many know how bright and colorful Bolivia is. Through fashion, I want to reconnect with my roots, share where I come from with the world, and show that we also have our own style and spirit more than what others think
What would you do with $20,000?
Being an immigrant in Canada is hard, and I often feel uncertain about my future. With the money, I would help my mom with paperwork costs, since she is the reason I keep fighting. I’d also apply for school to work toward a certificate or diploma in art, counseling, or social work. Art school is my dream, but international fees are so overwhelming. This money would give me a chance to have stability, support my mom, and bring me closer to feeling like i can have a place to call home again
