What makes your style stand out?

My style is based on a budget. I don’t have the funds to buy designer statement pieces, however my clothes always make that statement that many try to buy. I focus on the details, and who I am. My closet is part of my identity and that is what makes it unique. I don’t fit into one box, I can dress in many different styles while still maintaining my personal taste. The common thread among my closet is me, tying pieces together in order to create a cohesive story.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

I’ve grown up watching many different forms of fashion media. Runways, movies, reality TV are all glamorous portrayals of style. My dream fashion moment would happen when I’m able to maintain a role within the fashion industry. I would love the opportunity to create digital media inspired by fashion, such as video edits and marketing photography. Creating a beautiful representation of inspired pieces would be a dream for myself and my career.

What would you do with $20,000?

Currently, I work as a video editor for a news company. I recently received a large pay cut and I am unable to maintain my current lifestyle due to this. I have always wanted to start my own media company focused on the artistic side of life including fashion, architecture, and day to day observations. There is beauty in absolutely everything and I intend to capture it. The money would go towards furthering my business goals, giving a voice to the voiceless in whatever medium necessary.
