As a child I always want to be a fashion designer and make my own clothes as well as design them, ive always wanted to model others designs.

I want to invest in a business, house, or land for myself and children to start generational growth and wealth. I want to give myself the comfort of setting up their future and knowing I can leave them to carry on with vs having to start from scratch.
