Growing up in a small island, with limited resources regarding transporting of clothing. I was able to continue being the fashionista I am.

What makes your style stand out?
As a Plus Size Trans Woman, I do not let my body define me. Society has led people to believe that certain clothing can go on certain bodies. And that’s what makes me stand out. Using fashion as my message and my tool to help educate and elevate closed minded people.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
To be seen. I’ve gotten so used to being behind the stage creating/putting together looks, that I forget what it feels like to shine. And to be able to witness Fashion Week, most importantly attending the Versace Fashion Show. A brand I’ve idolized since 4th grade. To witness such a beautiful moment is way more than $20,000.
What would you do with $20,000?
I’d help my mother’s sewing shop back home. I get my creativity and drive for fashion from her, and I hope I’ll be able to use that money to expand her business.
